HEADACHES Ways to ease the pain

All of us are having this pain in our head. It usually occurs due to stress, weather change or sometimes just popping-up in our head. We usually take medicines to feel better. But if your headache did not lessen by the medicine or if you still have headache after 2 to 3 days, you need to see your doctor.
If this will continue for a month, becomes severe, makes you weak or if you think that it affects your vision, may be it’s the symptoms of an illness. Seeing your doctor is the best way to treat this.
However, if it occurred only for a day or couple of days or occurred due to hangover, read these steps. Following these tips will make you comfortable away from headache.
Don’t drink medicines often:
Drinking medicines to ease the pain may work for an hour or so, but having so much of these could worsen your condition. If an hour or so you think that your headache was gone, after many hours, you might feel worse than the past.In addition to that, drinking too much of medicines will cause dryness of water in your brain. Instead, drink plenty of glasses of water. Water is proven to cure different illnesses including headaches.
Rest and sleep:
A good rest until you feel better is the best way to treat bad headaches. For the type of headache, migraine, sleep is the only thing to interrupt the pain. Having a good sleep and rest can distress you out and can treat your headache. The longer you experience having headache, the longer you have to take rest and sleep. This will make your condition into balance again.
Watch the weather:
Hot weathers may be bad for your headache. This can make your headache to worst. Same experience you might get when the weather turns out to be cold. If the weather is hot or cold, you have to do something that could make you feel better. Like wearing sleeveless when its hot or wearing clothes that could make you feel warm when it’s cold. You only need to feel equal temperature on your body. You don’t have to eat ice cream or drink something cold when the weather is hot or drink coffee or tea when it’s cold. This will affect your body temperature that would make your headache on the go.
Put ice pack:
Putting cloth in ice and place it in your eyes is best ways to relieve headache to some people. You can also put the cloth into the exact area of your headache. Or use eye gel shades, put it inside the freezer, then after an hour, put it in your eyes. Eye gel shades are available in department stores and beauty stores. Drug stores offer this for just some time.
Heat:
If the cold practice doesn’t make you feel comfortable, try using cloth that was dipped into hot water and put it in your eyes. Use it for half an hour then just warm the cloth after 30 minutes.
Think positive:
Headaches could bring to you by stress and tensions. When you have headache, you have to relax yourself. When you’re relaxing, think something positive and not to make you stressed or tensed. As headaches brought by stress and tensions, you should not add more stress and tensions to your headache treatment.
Quit smoking and drinking:
If you’re suffering from cluster headache, an extremely painful headache that last from 5 to 20 minutes and come in groups, smoking may bring on or worsen your headache. On the other hand, alcoholic beverages contain tyramine, an amino acid that stimulates headache.
Make a headache diary:
Writing down the date including the time it happened is a good way to figure out the patterns of your headache especially if you’re experiencing frequent headaches. It will also be good to include headache rates: no headache, mild headache, moderate headache, severe headache and incapacitating headache.

QUOTE OF THE DAY:
A good recipe for headache is a good relaxation or rest.

CONCLUSION:
Relaxing your muscles, distressing yourself and a good diet will pout your headache on its end. We wish you a happy health.

It's good to know that there are simple tips or ways to handle headaches. Some would rushly misinterpret their headaches thinking it's something more and will lead an illness. Well, that could be one symptom too but there are ordinary headaches that might just be a cause of a stress and overfatigue body. If there is a need of taking prescription adviced by a doctor that would be best then. Thanks for the post.
