Your body needs more water everyday to function properly. Regular intake of water is considered the best therapy. Water fights back to the different diseases in our system. It cleanses our body in and out.
To achieve a balance intake of liquids, a good rule of a thumb is to drink glasses of water a day. Drink even more when it’s hot. During hot summer moths, the body loses a lot of water. You must drink water before you feel thirsty to avoid cramps, fatigue, dizziness, nausea, headaches and fever. Drinking full pint of water before beginning an activity in the sun or when exercising will have well water storage in the body. Preloading gives a better ability to sweat. Waiting until you feel thirsty is courting danger. Once the body’s thirst mechanism kicks in, it’s already too late.
Drinking 8-ounce glass of water every hour dilutes urine, giving a washout effect on harmful bacteria which is good in treating bladder infection and also the best way to keep free of kidney stones.
Too often, people who suffer with incontinence limit their fluid intake, believing that the less they take in, they’ll urine. But dehydration can lead to constipation, which in turn can irritate nearby nerves that will trigger the bladder to void. Instead of cutting back on how much you drink, schedule the time that you drink. Having liquids at set of intervals during the day will keep your bladder from too empty or too full. The bladder becomes irritated if its fluid level is too low or too high. A normal bladder holds about 2 glasses of liquid; problem bladder may hold a little as half a glass or as much as a quart and a half. It is important to drink water before sleeping and at the time of waking up. If you find yourself constantly waking up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, you might try to taper off your fluid intake between dinner and bedtime.
As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink glasses of water. This is to remove spoiled saliva on the mouth. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink for 45 minutes so that other chemicals found in the toothpaste won’t reach your stomach. After the breakfast or even lunch or dinner, do not drink water for 2 hours unless you’re not full.
For old and serious diseases, water had been found successful of treating. It is also proven that even modern illnesses can be treated with the help of water. It is also a cure for headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, epilepsy, excess fatness or thinness, lung ailments, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting. Gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, eye diseases, womb diseases, menstrual disorder, ear nose and throat diseases, high blood pressure and even cancer.
Water can treat you at its best if it’s not contaminated. Contaminated water can bring you worst even if you don’t have ailments. If you want to make sure that the water you are going to drink is not contaminated, boil the water to kill harmful bacteria in it or just buy mineral water. It is also good to take alkaline water after exercises to fast replace lost electrolytes. For those who have serious illnesses, distilled water is the best to drink.

1 Response to "The Goodness Of Water"The so called "water therapy" is really effective. I mean, cleanses our body. This helps us intoxicate our body from other harmful elements. This is a good tribute post for the great significance of water in our body.
As what most people say, eight glasses of water is already good for the body to have, but more glasses would be best of course.
